By participating, I acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless the beachKraft Gallery from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation. in art activities. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss, theft, damage, personal injury, or destruction of artwork or personal belongings while on gallery premises. This waiver is a binding agreement that encompasses the entire duration of my participation. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in this program.
